These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 5ph ("5ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 5ph.one ("Platform"). During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 5ph may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All deposits on 5ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Supported payment channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. 5ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your 5ph account upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All funds deposited into your 5ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 5ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
5ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
The 5ph Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied on the Platform.
5ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.
5ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
The games available on the 5ph Platform — including slots, bingo, live dealer tables, and multi-hand blackjack — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. 5ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 5ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant player accounts. 5ph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the 5ph Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. 5ph reserves the right to impose individual wager limits on any player account at its discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 5ph and its game suppliers shall be the definitive reference. Players who wish to dispute a game result must contact the support team within 30 days of the relevant game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5ph.
5ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 5ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5ph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
5ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
5ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation.
You may close your 5ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
5ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 5ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
